Double rack electrohydraulic lifter Launch TLT-240SCA with top synchronization, lifting capacity of 4 tons (European CE certification). Suitable for servicing passenger cars, SUVs and standard vans.

The release of the stoppers is performed by reliable electromagnets and is controlled by a remote control. The movement of the elevator is fully automated. The elevator is equipped with additional safety limit switches.

Reinforced design of the elevator elements, pulleys of increased diameter. The thickness of the metal of the stand profile is 6 mm. Protection elements in the basic delivery set (hydraulic parachute valves, protection of moving mechanisms, protective frames on the grip legs). Lift height from 110 mm (two-section screw adjustment to increase the lift height). Maximum lifting height up to 1920 mm.

Default tine configuration: 2-section tines with a range of 800-120 mm. Tines in other configurations can be installed as an option.

Convenient and safe operation

Launch double rack lifter are equipped with a convenient control panel with 220V socket (IP54 protection class). It has two operating modes (manual and automatic) and emergency indication. Automated stop control system allows to operate the elevator by simply pressing the Up/Down buttons, without the need to manually deactivate the stops: the system independently activates/deactivates the locking mechanisms and monitors the operation of the extreme positions of the elevator by the limit switches.

If it is necessary to lower the elevator - the mechanic simply presses the "Down" button, and the system itself raises the carriages, removes them from the stops and, holding the stops, lowers the car to a level of 20 cm from the floor, after which it warns the mechanic with an audible signal about the proximity of putting the car and carriages on the floor. In case of emergency it is enough to release the button and the stoppers will come to the activated position.
A fully manual mode of carriage and stoppers movement control is also available.

The pump and tank are conveniently located on the upper side of the column and do not interfere with working with the vehicle. The hydraulic power station has an increased resource compared to conventional Chinese elevators. The mechanism of manual emergency descent allows to lower the car quickly and safely even in case of power failure.
The protective bar with a soft coating prevents damage to the car, at touching activates the automatic limit switch, stopping the lifting of the car.

Additional limit switches

SCA model elevators are equipped with three limit switches

Upper - limits the cylinder stroke and eliminates the operation of the hydraulic power unit "at a standstill", prolonging the service life and the possibility of damage to the collars (installed inside the column).

Low - alerts the master to put the vehicle on the ground.

The third limit switch on the upper cross bar stops the elevator movement if the vehicle touches the roof of the safety bar.
